According to the Conference Board of Canada, the proportion of Quebecers who feel that the time is right to make a major purchase, such as a property, stood at 35 per cent in November. This represents a decrease of 9 percentage points compared to last month and the lowest proportion since January 2017. Furthermore, this result is lower than the five-year average of 35.97 per cent.
