The Federation's Market Analysis Department is Québec's authority in the analysis of residential real estate sales data. In addition to analyzing and publishing detailed monthly, quarterly and annual statistics, the Department produces several studies, including the QFREB Barometer – Residential Market, and various chronological series and special compilations which are made available to the public.
